Starwall Reviews — Privacy Policy

Starwall Reviews ("the App") is a Wix App developed by Estudio CKS ("we", "us"), based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This policy explains what information the App handles when it is installed on a Wix site.
Information we collect
From site visitors: none. The App shows the Google reviews of a business on the site. It does not use cookies, does not track visitors and does not collect, store or share any personal information about them. Reviewers' photos are loaded by the visitor's browser directly from Google's servers, which is subject to Google's privacy policy.
From site owners: to check which plan a site is on, the App reads the site's app instance details from Wix (the app instance ID and whether the site has a paid plan). This information is used only to turn premium features on or off.
Google account connection (optional): when a site owner chooses to connect their Google account, the App asks Google for permission to read the reviews of the business locations the owner manages (Google API scope business.manage). We use this access only to read those reviews and show them on that owner's site. We never post, reply, edit or delete anything on the owner's Google Business Profile. We store the authorization token that Google gives us, encrypted, only to keep showing the reviews. The owner can disconnect at any time from the App's settings, and the token is deleted. The owner can also revoke access from their Google account.
Logo (optional): if the owner uploads a logo, it is saved in the Media Manager of the owner's own site and its address is kept in the widget settings. We do not keep a copy.
Reviews: the App shows reviews that are public on Google. When the Google account is connected, copies of the reviews are kept on our servers for a few hours (never more than 30 days), only to make the pages load quickly, and are then deleted or refreshed.
Use of Google user data
The App's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide the review display feature the owner asked for. We do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not allow humans to read it except with the owner's consent, for security purposes, or to comply with the law.
Payments
Premium plans are purchased and billed through Wix. We never receive or store payment card details.
Browser storage
To show the right features without waiting on every page load, the App may keep the site's plan status (free or premium) and app instance ID in the visitor's browser local storage. This contains no personal information.
Data retention and deletion
We keep the owner's authorization token until the owner disconnects Google or uninstalls the App, and delete it within seven days after that. We keep no personal data about site visitors.
